Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources leader to partner with our leadership team at Manipal Hospitals.
Job Title: Unit HR Head
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement human resources strategies to support units in achieving business objectives.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, continuous communication, and collaboration with teams.
- Design and execute the Continuous Performance Management System, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify high-potential employees at the unit and develop them through talent development programs.
- Collaborate with corporate HR to ensure employee participation in individual development plans at the units.
- Drive recognition and reward programs for high-performing employees.
- Lead talent acquisition for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Attract and retain top talent by implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
- Identify training needs within the unit and conduct training programs in collaboration with the corporate learning and development team.
Requirements:
- Any graduate degree + Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partner role.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
