About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires an experienced professional with extensive expertise in human resources management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction to the HR team and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
  • Proven track record of successful union negotiations, settlements, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle large workforces, including staff, unionized employees, and contract labor.
