Job Title:
A Senior Human Resources Leader to Drive Strategic HR Initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes to ensure seamless transitions and optimal workforce utilization.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, management information systems (MIS), and HR reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and Learning & Development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
- Oversee performance management, appraisals, and promotions to recognize and reward outstanding contributions.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Review and optimize HR-related budgets and cost efficiencies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering results-oriented HR initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of local labour laws, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
