We are seeking a strategic HR leader to oversee the Human Resources department and drive business results.

This senior role involves spearheading recruitment, crafting company policies, and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and track HR objectives, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Design and implement policies that promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans that attract and retain top talent.
  • Support and enhance the entire recruitment process, including in-house events and career development initiatives.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire, to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Review and optimize departmental budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Organize learning and development programs to upskill employees and drive growth.
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee requests and grievances through effective HR procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations, adapting to changing laws and industry standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role, driving business outcomes and leading high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on expertise with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation, with ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to engage diverse stakeholders and foster healthy employee relations.
  • Strategic leadership skills, with capacity to drive innovation and growth within the organization.
