Job Description

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to oversee the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will maintain and enhance our human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation to ensure a positive work experience for all employees.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Handle overall HR functions, including liaisoning with local authorities and departments.

We require a strong communicator with excellent organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills to join our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Engineering, Automotive, or Steel industry.
