**Job Title:** Senior Human Resources Executive

Job Description:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
  • Prepare and analyze human resources reports for management review.
  • Apply data insights using artificial intelligence tools to drive business decisions.
  • Support the development and implementation of human resources strategies and systems.
  • Assist in designing and implementing workplace policies that promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage and resolve employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize training programs to enhance professional growth and development.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive company culture.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal processes to achieve high performance standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced Excel features such as Macros, Pivot tables, MS Office, and Power BI.
  • Proficient in working with large datasets of minimum 2000 employees.
  • Primary role will be managing HR information systems.
  • Secondary role will include generalist HR activities such as performance management, recruitment, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources practices and HR software.
  • Experience with HR management systems.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
