HR Manager Job Description

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable expertise in HR metrics and analytics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Able to architect and implement strategic plans with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and best practices.
