Senior Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our operations team in an international capacity. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in HR management and be proficient in background verification processes, HR software, and tools.
- Background Verification: Manage and streamline the BGV process to ensure compliance and accuracy in hiring.
- HR Operations Management: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Global HR Experience: Collaborate with HR teams across various regions to implement best practices and ensure consistency in HR operations globally.
- Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, helping to improve employee retention and workplace culture.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on international HR practices.
- Strong knowledge of background verification processes and compliance. Experience in onboarding and exit interview processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Experience working in the European region.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
