Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Human Resources Systems Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining human resources systems, including data integrity, workflow processes, auditing, and issue resolution. They will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role is responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining HR system configurations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity;
  • Developing and implementing workflows that align with business policies;
  • Providing first-line support for HR system queries, and second-line support for system-related queries from the wider business;
  • Conducting end-to-end testing of new functionalities across HRIS, Talent, Performance, Integrations, Pay Flow, Benefits, and LMS;
  • Producing and interpreting reports and dashboards for people analytics, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable, accurate HR data;
  • Performing regular audits, system updates, and ensuring compliance with data policies such as GDPR;
  • Serving as a primary contact for HR system queries, providing training and documentation to users on system functionality and self-service processes;

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various teams, including People, IT, Payroll, and external vendors, to identify gaps, implement improvements, and support system developments. Additionally, they will support strategic HR initiatives through the system, providing technical expertise and data insights.
