At our organization, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Intern.

This position will provide an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination with efficiency and speed.

They will also build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.

Additionally, they will ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field, with 0-6 months of recruitment experience.

They will also have good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles
  • Drive sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate data in the ATS

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/MBA in Human Resources or a related field
  • 0-6 months of recruitment experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
