Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support our HR department with daily administrative tasks, assist in HR management activities, manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and help with benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR department with daily administrative tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Assist in HR management activities including performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Help with benefits administration, including open enrollment, changes to benefits, and other related tasks.
  • Participate in training initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge in HR.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Skills in Benefits Administration.
  • Ability and experience in conducting and participating in training.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
