Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our reach to educational institutions in your assigned territory.

Your Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of executives to promote our company programs, increase awareness among students, and attract a diverse pool of prospective students. This involves creating and implementing college outreach strategies, researching prospective institutions, identifying decision-makers, and establishing positive business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of executives to conduct demos in 12th-grade schools and colleges
  • Effectively communicate the value of our programs to educational institutions and persuade them to allow student demos
  • Drive program registrations and track daily KPIs to ensure overall team performance
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with educational institutions, channel partners, and stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in leading a team of executives, preferably in the EdTech domain
  • A systematic approach to building lead funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and achieving KPIs consistently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A patient, empathetic, and trustworthy approach to build strong relationships with institutions, stakeholders, and students

Salary Information

We offer a base salary of ₹25 lakhs per annum, plus benefits and incentives based on performance.
