Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join the Tipsons Group as our Director of Business Development and IFA Network Growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, relationship management, sales, and team management skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth through our Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) channel. They will lead the IFA sales team, build and nurture strong relationships with IFAs, and identify new business opportunities to expand our IFA network.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth through the IFA channel
  • Lead the IFA sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, KPIs, and budgets
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with IFAs to ensure high engagement and retention
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the IFA network
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management for scaling the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in wealth management industry
  • Proven track record of managing and growing the IFA network
  • Strong understanding of financial products, including mutual funds, insurance, and portfolio management

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
