Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Syenergy Environics Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional sales, partnerships, and alliances, with a strong understanding of the health tech and wellness industry.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives and HR heads
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales, partnerships, or alliances
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
