Company Overview: MoonDive is a dynamic and rapidly growing tech services company specializing in full stack, web, mobile, data analytics, and custom AI development.

We are expanding our footprint in the US market and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Growth Director to join our team and drive our business growth by acquiring new US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential US clients through various channels, including networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and understand market trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities to inform business development strategies.

Marketing and Brand Building:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Enhance MoonDive's brand presence in the US market through various channels, including industry events and conferences.

Product and Service Development:

  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
  • Assist in the development of new products or services that meet market demands.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales and business development activities.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MBA or a Master's in Business Administration (preferred but not mandatory).

Professional Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the Tech/IT services sector.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing US clients.
  • Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understanding of US business culture and practices.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Basic understanding of the Tech/IT services offered by MoonDive.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strategic thinker.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with internal teams.

Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):

  • Sales certifications (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales).
  • Industry-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
