Job Overview

Ridhira Group - Building World's largest Wellness Communities seeks an experienced Strategic Creative Director to lead and manage a small team of designers, content creators, and marketers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing and branding strategies that drive business growth and enhance the company's reputation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creative work and successful campaigns, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of creatives to develop and execute marketing and branding strategies
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing and branding campaigns
  • Oversee the creation of visual and written content for various platforms (web, social media, print, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication of brand messaging
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve
  • Manage project timeline and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality outputs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in real estate or related industries
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and successful campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
