Job Title: Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to develop and execute sales plans, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Bld strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other B2B partners.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations, providing tailored solutions and closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular feedback on market intelligence and opportunities for product/service enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex product offerings to business clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience using CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
