Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
About the Role:This is a key position that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to develop and execute sales plans, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Bld strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other B2B partners.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Lead negotiations, providing tailored solutions and closing deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular feedback on market intelligence and opportunities for product/service enhancements.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex product offerings to business clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience using CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
