We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency/brand sales, partnerships, or business development within the digital marketing, advertising, or media industry with 7-12 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media buyers, and brands to onboard them onto our platform.
- Present the platform's value proposition to potential partners, securing bulk orders and long-term contracts.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to craft tailored offerings that meet client needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, ensuring smooth onboarding and sustained engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences.
