As a key member of our dynamic team, you will drive business growth by identifying and building relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners. You will be responsible for planning webinars, events, or info sessions with institutions, engaging with inbound leads, explaining services, and scheduling consults, tracking sales pipeline and follow-ups, collaborating with the founder to improve conversion strategies, writing and posting job descriptions, managing the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, supporting onboarding of educators, counselors, and ops staff, maintaining internal trackers, conducting market research to support new initiatives, working closely with the founder to solve ad-hoc business problems.

You'll Be A Great Fit If:
- You have 1–3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles.
- You are confident communicating with both students and professionals (parents, school admins, counselors).
- You are highly organized and proactive – you don't wait to be told what to do.
- You are excited by international education, youth development, or edtech.
