Business Development Lead

At our company, we're looking for a talented Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth across multiple channels. You'll be responsible for building and scaling our brand through D2C, institutional tie-ups, exports, corporate gifting, and partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity to act as a business partner, drive end-to-end ownership, and shape a purpose-driven brand with global ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy to increase revenue and brand reach.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to expand brand presence.
  • Own profit and loss responsibility, revenue targets, and operational discipline.
Business Development and Partnerships:
  • Establish relationships with hotels, corporates, events, and wellness studios.
  • Expand corporate gift programs and seasonal collaborations.
  • Pursue international markets through export partners and distributors.
Brand and Marketing Custodianship:
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on brand storytelling and campaigns.
  • Drive awareness through wellness, sustainability, and social impact narratives.
  • Build strategic alliances with chefs, influencers, and wellness partners.
Operations and Team Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
  • Establish clear SOPs and performance metrics for efficiency.
  • Mentor and grow the team, fostering an entrepreneurial culture.
Impact and Sustainability:
  • Ensure alignment with our mission of empowering local communities.
  • Measure and communicate social impact alongside business success.
