
Director of Partnerships

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to develop and implement strategic partnerships across the Indian education market.
This role requires building, onboarding, and managing partnerships with ISVs, publishers, ICT providers, APS chains, NGOs, education labs, and hardware suppliers.
- Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy for the Indian education sector
- Identify, engage, and onboard key partners aligned with business goals
- Negotiate and finalize impactful partnership agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for partner success
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Track, monitor, and report on partner performance and market insights
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10-12 years' experience in partnerships/business development/channel management (8-10 yrs relevant in education/tech)
- Strong understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem
- Proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and execute effectively, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
