Job Description

Metalink International enables seamless company establishment in the UAE by streamlining the process. Our services encompass mainland, free zone, and offshore setups, trade license registration, PRO services, corporate bank account setup, and local partner protection.

The Global Business Expansion Manager spearheads market research, develops expansion strategies, oversees sales initiatives, and leads a team. Analysis is conducted to identify potential markets and opportunities for growth, and effective communication with stakeholders is maintained. A proactive business development professional identifies opportunities, establishes global networks, and drives sales of our UAE/Dubai company formation and residency solutions across different countries.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving our international growth strategy. The incumbent builds partnerships with chartered accountancy firms, business consulting firms, immigration consultants, tax advisors, corporate service providers, travel agencies, corporate offices, hotels, and other strategic partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global expansion strategy to promote UAE/Dubai business setup and residency solutions.
  • Build relationships with key international partners including accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's global footprint.
  • Drive sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events to promote services and build connections.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
  • Provide country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Regularly report on business development progress and sales performance.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's Degree

  • A degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.

Skills & Qualities

  • A strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
