As a Banking Alliance Manager, the primary goal would be to build and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions to expand business capabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify Partnerships: Research and assess potential partners based on strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with business objectives.
- Evaluate Risks: Assess risks associated with forming partnerships and determine alignment of business goals.
- Negotiate Agreements: Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.
- Drive Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to identify and implement joint growth opportunities that drive revenue growth for the company's business.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical approach; preferably in the financial services space.
- Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
- Strong communication skills: ability to communicate and influence across various levels of the organization.
