Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Manager to lead our SME business growth strategy in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and expansion of SME businesses in the region, aligned with divisional objectives.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure achievement of goals and key performance indicators.
  • Risk Management: Govern the implementation of risk-related policies and processes for the department, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and coordinate quality principles and processes, sponsoring and ensuring quality standards are met in management initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
