Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transformation Manager to support business management activities and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver insights and operational improvements for leadership stakeholders.

  • Create reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for senior management and visiting executives.
  • Develop business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
  • Prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings including Risk & Compliance, quarterly performance reviews, and Board presentations.
  • Support preparation of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications.
  • Reconcile actual internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth & scale
  • Develop headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  • Prepare presentations for quarterly business reviews and ensure business decks are regularly updated for leadership and stakeholder consumption.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify and implement opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes.
  • Liaise with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and major updates to reporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-backed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Strategy Consulting, Project Management, Business Management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
