- Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy across D2C, B2B, institutional, gifting, and exports channels.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams and partnerships to expand brand reach.
- Own profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, revenue targets, and bottom-line discipline.
- Drive large-scale institutional tie-ups with hotels, corporates, events, and wellness studios.
- Expand gifting programs for corporate, seasonal, and global collaborations.
- Explore international markets through export partners and distributors.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on brand storytelling, campaigns, and product launches.
- Drive awareness through wellness, sustainability, and impact narratives.
- Build strategic alliances with chefs, influencers, and wellness partners.
- Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
- Establish clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics for efficiency.
- Mentor and grow the team, fostering an entrepreneurial culture.
- Ensure alignment with our mission of empowering local communities.
- Measure and communicate social impact alongside business success.
- 7–12 years of experience in consumer brands, FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, and wellness sectors.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses beyond one channel (D2C + B2B + partnerships).
- Strong P&L, business development, and operational management experience.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with corporates, institutions, and partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on, and ownership-driven.
- Passion for wellness, sustainability, and purpose-driven brands is a strong plus.
