Job Description
  • Strategic Projects - Investment Management
  • Work directly with our investment team to identify and execute new initiatives across growth, new ventures, and organizational transformation.
  • Drive strategic agility and responsiveness in the organization by taking ownership of high-impact projects across business units.
  • Act as the key program manager for the investment process, liaising with our CFO, investment bankers, legal counsels, and other advisors.
  • Support the investment team in managing investor relations - analyst meets, earnings calls, and strategic shareholder communications.
  • 2. Portfolio Management & Analysis
  • Collaborate with our Director, Investment Strategy on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities (PIPEs, VC/PE deals, public markets).
  • Track and report the performance of our investment portfolio across asset classes.
  • Develop deep market insights, build networks with funds and founders, and represent our family office in select investment forums.
The Successful Candidate

Ideal Candidate:

  • 6-8 years of experience in top-tier consulting or having worked in a Promoter Office / Family Office in a hands-on capacity.
  • Prior exposure to investment strategy, operational excellence, or transformation in related sectors is a strong plus.
  • A natural problem solver with high ownership, who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Passion for investing and a solid understanding of public and private market instruments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders including CXOs and institutional investors.
