Job Title: Chief Fundraising Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and growing fundraising initiatives, as well as experience in developing and implementing strategic plans. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and communications.
  • Manage budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize fundraising objectives.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising progress, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of building and growing fundraising initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
