Strategic Growth Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth Manager to lead our business growth initiatives.

  • About the Role
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through data analysis, strategic planning, and execution.
    • Key responsibilities include:
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Analyze business data across sales, marketing, and operations to identify trends and patterns.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Partner with marketing teams to connect web traffic to lead generation and revenue attribution.
  • Strategy and Execution
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
    • Build mini-strategies for growth experiments and develop concise reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement and Operations
    • Own CRM automations, manage sales reporting, and support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials and data-backed insights.
    • Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
  • Project and Program Management
    • Act as program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
    • Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
    • Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects from ideation to results tracking.
