About the Role
  • We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Growth Champ, responsible for acquiring new clients and managing sales pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Take ownership of client acquisition using various outreach channels, including email, WhatsApp, calls, and networking.
  2. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  3. Lead client calls and meetings, identifying business pain points, and tailoring pitches to their needs.
  4. Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers and gather feedback to improve our offerings and pitches.
Requirements:
  1. 2-6 years of experience in digital marketing agencies in business development/client acquisition.
  2. Proven track record of success in closing high-ticket projects, such as websites, SEO, content, and performance marketing.
  3. Familiarity with multiple outreach channels and strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  4. Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  5. Experience working with international clients is a plus.
