About the Role- We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Growth Champ, responsible for acquiring new clients and managing sales pipelines.
- Take ownership of client acquisition using various outreach channels, including email, WhatsApp, calls, and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Lead client calls and meetings, identifying business pain points, and tailoring pitches to their needs.
- Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers and gather feedback to improve our offerings and pitches.
- 2-6 years of experience in digital marketing agencies in business development/client acquisition.
- Proven track record of success in closing high-ticket projects, such as websites, SEO, content, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with multiple outreach channels and strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
