Business Development Specialist

Reports to the Sales and Marketing Head, responsible for driving revenue growth within assigned regions through strategic client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth within assigned regions as per decided strategy & planning in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within jewelry retail and wholesale sectors, establish and maintain strong relationships with retail jewelers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, conduct market research to identify potential areas for revenue growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide effective revenue-focused solutions.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years field experience, with advantage to candidates having experience in jewelry or diamond retail/wholesale/manufacturing industries.
