HR Operations Expert

At this startup, you will shape employee experience and build HR practices.

  • Manage multiple verticals within the People function.

Job Description:

Performance Management:

  • Lead performance management framework development, communication, and execution.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to foster ongoing feedback and accountability.
  • Use performance data to guide talent decisions.

People Operations:

  • Manage HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Implement digitization, automation, and standard operating procedure alignment.
  • Partner with finance, legal, and compliance teams.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Lead regular internal HR audits covering documentation, POSH compliance, contract management, and policy adherence.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

People Business Partnering:

  • Serve as strategic HR partner for designated functions or business units.
  • Support workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational design, talent reviews, and manager effectiveness.
  • Advise leaders and managers on employee relations, talent development, and retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of comprehensive HR experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Indian Labor Laws, HR Systems, and Performance mgt frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and work effectively across multiple functions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proven project management expertise.
