- Manage multiple verticals within the People function.
Job Description:
Performance Management:
- Lead performance management framework development, communication, and execution.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to foster ongoing feedback and accountability.
- Use performance data to guide talent decisions.
People Operations:
- Manage HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Implement digitization, automation, and standard operating procedure alignment.
- Partner with finance, legal, and compliance teams.
Audit & Compliance:
- Lead regular internal HR audits covering documentation, POSH compliance, contract management, and policy adherence.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
People Business Partnering:
- Serve as strategic HR partner for designated functions or business units.
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational design, talent reviews, and manager effectiveness.
- Advise leaders and managers on employee relations, talent development, and retention strategies.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of comprehensive HR experience.
- In-depth understanding of Indian Labor Laws, HR Systems, and Performance mgt frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and work effectively across multiple functions.
- Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proven project management expertise.
About You:
- Comprehensive HR experience encompassing HR Ops, Performance mgt, Business Partnering, and Compliance.
- Proven track record of expanding HR practices in fast-growing or multi-location organizations.
