Organizational Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Transformation Specialist to drive change initiatives and lead stakeholders through transitions.

  • Job Description:
  1. Lead Change Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to enhance visibility and understanding of organizational changes among employees, partners, suppliers, functions, and process owners.
  2. Proactive Stakeholder Management: Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers as they navigate transitions, offering mentorship and expertise in stakeholder engagement.
  3. Change Planning & Execution: Utilize industry-leading methodologies like Prosci to develop comprehensive change management strategies, integrating them into project plans for successful adoption.
  4. Impact Assessment: Analyze the organizational impacts of changes from various perspectives, including process, knowledge, people, and culture.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key partners for initiatives and create tailored engagement plans to meet their needs.
  6. Training & Stabilization: Design training approaches if required and implement actions to stabilize change impacts.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or equivalent field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management roles with at least 2 years independently leading programs.
  3. Certification in industry-leading change and project management methodologies is required (Prosci and PMP certification preferred).
  4. Functional consulting experience is highly desirable.
