Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning Experience Designer, located in Bengaluru. The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and developing learning experiences and content that align with organizational goals. Daily tasks include conducting needs analysis, creating instructional materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, and evaluating learning outcomes. The role involves applying instructional design principles, utilizing various learning technologies, and ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of learning programs.
Qualifications
- Instructional design, Content development, and Learning experience design skills
- Needs analysis and Learning assessment skills
- Strong collaboration, Communication, and Facilitation skills
- Experience with Learning management systems and Learning technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in organizational development or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field
