Job Title: Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Design and develop interactive training programs and materials to support employee development and organizational enhancement.
  • Research, outline, write, proof, and publish engaging digital content that aligns with our business goals.
  • Develop timely and essential training programs and materials, create post-training assessments for organizational and personnel needs.
  • Assist in content calendar preparation every month, brainstorming ideas with the Training team to collect, write, research, organize, and edit information.
  • Conduct research to gain a deeper understanding of topics and generate new areas of development.
  • Contribute to structured content strategy and rollout both internal and external communications on a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm subjects for creative content and contribute to the creation of unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with authoring tools like MS PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline 360, and iSpring (Articulate Storyline prioritized).
  • Experience using project management tools like Trello and JIRA (JIRA prioritized).
  • Good knowledge of UX design (User Experience) and data analysis & problem-solving skills.
  • Basic graphic designing skills using Canva.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills with listening skills and multitasking abilities.
