About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing engaging learning solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Apply instructional design methodologies to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate learning solutions.
- Create interactive e-learning modules, courses and other digital learning materials using authoring tools like Articulate 360.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, ensure content accuracy and validate design solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Review and revise content to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with learning objectives.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring software such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate or iSpring Suite.
- Experience administering and managing content within an LMS (e.g. Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
- Familiarity with multimedia tools for creating and editing graphics, audio and video (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Audacity).
- A strong understanding and application of instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM or Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Able to manage projects from conception to completion, including establishing timelines, managing resources and tracking progress.
- A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication or a related field.
