About this role:
The Learning Solutions Specialist plays a pivotal part in crafting, developing, and implementing innovative learning experiences aligned with our strategic objectives. This dynamic role demands collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth and enhance workforce capabilities.
Key Dimensions:
- a) Impact: Spearhead the development of learning solutions that address complex capability gaps across diverse audiences.
- b) Complexities: Foster strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to design and deliver tailored learning programmes that meet the evolving needs of our global workforce.
- c) Leadership Responsibilities and Decision-Making Rights: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business priorities, supporting strategic initiatives where additional expertise and capacity are required.
Accountabilities:
Needs Analysis and Learning Outcome Definition:
- Support key stakeholders to understand learning requirements and performance gaps across various audiences.
- Define clear and measurable learning outcomes aligned with business priorities, focused on driving growth and learner success.
Learning Solution Design and Development:
- Collaborate in the coordination and development of cutting-edge learning interventions and programmes, methodologies, and designs based on identified needs.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and vendor selection.
Project Management and Implementation:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and successful project implementation, within defined standards.
- Support key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication and Engagement:
- Develop and deploy communication and engagement strategies that support the success of our strategic learning programme(s).
- Create compelling communications materials suitable for omnichannel delivery.
Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
- Partner with analytics specialists to define evaluation metrics and measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programmes.
- Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies, methodologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance learning solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE OF DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING SUCCESSFUL LEARNING PATHWAYS AND PROGRAMMES.
- END-TO-END PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WITH EXCEPTIONAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
- EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH DATA FROM MULTIPLE SOURCES AND INSIGHT TO PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS.
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES.
