Are you a detail-driven professional with exceptional training expertise? We are seeking an experienced Training Analyst to join our team, responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs.

The Role

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to develop engaging training materials, leveraging their technical expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

  • Develop high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Design and create online courseware using industry-leading tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise, and others.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) administration team to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive training plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation.
  • Deliver training sessions, potentially including virtual and in-person facilitation.

Our ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training development or instructional design role.
  • Proven track record in designing and developing training materials for various delivery methods.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Proficiency with at least one online training development tool.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and functionality.

Preferred qualifications include certification in training and development, experience with video editing and multimedia development, knowledge of change management principles, experience in a consulting environment, and familiarity with project management basics.
