Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to lead our learning initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take ownership of creating and enhancing the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver end-to-end learning programs and interventions in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external service providers.
- Identify and partner with suitable learning vendors to offer best-in-class learning opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders to identify learning needs of leaders, specific to business requirements, role requirements, and emerging needs.
- Collaborate with the larger team and cross-functionally across departments to drive business outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and proactively address change in direction and friction points.
- Previous L&D experience and success in organizations requiring collaboration, consensus, and high influence to be successful.
- Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills geared specifically to a very seasoned audience.
- Master's Degree or equivalent required.
- 8-10 years' experience working in a large, multinational organization, preferably within the learning function.
