Leadership Transformation Specialist

Design and implement coaching-led transformation programs for senior leadership teams.


About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to partner with organizations to drive deep, meaningful change across their leadership teams. As a Leadership Transformation Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop customized learning journeys, and create scalable program architectures that balance personalization with repeatability.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design approaches, and align on learning objectives.
  2. Develop end-to-end leadership journeys for CXOs, CHROs, and senior leadership teams.
  3. Translate client needs and diagnostics into customized learning pathways (modules, sessions, coaching touchpoints, assessments).
  4. Design participant materials, toolkits, and facilitator guides that support practical and transformative interventions.
  5. Curate and integrate research, case studies, and leadership frameworks into your work.
  6. Collaborate with coaches, delivery leaders, and subject matter experts to co-create effective programs.
  7. Build and continuously evaluate program effectiveness, refining design based on feedback and outcomes.

What We're Looking For
  • 5–10 years' experience in instructional design, learning design, or leadership development.
  • Mandatory experience in using visual design tools to create engaging learning journeys and supporting materials.
  • Strong grounding in leadership models and experiential learning methods.
  • Proven ability to design for senior leader audiences (CXOs, top teams, HR leaders).
  • Exceptional ability to structure complexity into clear, actionable learning journeys.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and visual.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative environment.
  • Background in consulting, leadership development firms, or premium L&D providers is a strong plus.
