
Designer Of Learning Experiences

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, structure and deliver high-quality learning experiences for professionals in tech and adjacent careers. This includes creating detailed curriculum outlines, module plans, learning activities, assessments, quizzes and capstones that meet adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
As a learning experience designer at our organization, you will work closely with industry experts and SMEs to co-create content and maintain a consistent voice and high quality. You will also be responsible for reviewing and refining existing curriculum with a learner-first lens and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and structure learner journeys across flagship programs and masterclasses
- Build detailed curriculum outlines, module plans, learning activities, assessments, quizzes and capstones
- Collaborate with industry experts and SMEs to co-create content and maintain a consistent voice and high quality
- Review and refine existing curriculum with a learner-first lens and data-driven insights
- Ensure all content follows adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- 2-5 years in curriculum design, instructional design or professional education content creation
- Strong grasp of learning theory, adult learning principles and their application in digital and cohort-based programs
- Ability to design for working professionals in tech or tech-adjacent careers
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker who can turn chaos into clarity under tight timelines
- Shape programs for one of India's fastest-growing learning communities for AI-first product builders
- Work directly with founders, learning experience team and industry experts to bring ideas to life
