Job Title: Organizational Talent Leader
Company Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, HR operations, and compliance, with proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
This position requires a seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years of experience, preferably within the Gulf region, and a solid understanding of UAE statutory compliances. The candidate must be able to drive organizational growth through effective HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, job descriptions (JDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks in line with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all UAE statutory requirements, including labor laws, visa processing, gratuity settlements, and employee welfare regulations.
- Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
- Drive HR initiatives related to training, learning & development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Maintain and enhance HR systems, databases, and reporting structures for improved efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Possess a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Hold a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Previous HR experience in the Gulf region (UAE preferred) is highly desirable.
- Display strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Demonstrate expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
- Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to develop HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and performance appraisal frameworks.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
