Job Title: Business Partner for Organizational Excellence

Job Summary: We seek a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders, drive strategic HR initiatives, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts, oversee recruitment, and manage succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Promote a positive work environment, resolve employee issues, and implement engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and coaching managers on employee development.
  • Organizational Development: Drive organizational change and lead training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Operations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage HR policies, and utilize HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • Excel in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are proficient with HR software and tools
