Organizational Development Manager

- Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and development, translating business outcomes into actionable learning solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to design and execute end-to-end learning lifecycle management consulting services, including needs analysis, gap identification, and solution development.
- Leverage technology and design tools to curate best-in-class content for the organization, ensuring seamless delivery of learning programs.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences for employees across all levels, minimum 20 hours per month.
- Design and implement blended learning initiatives, solutions, and roadmaps to create a culture of continuous learning across business functions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational development to ensure programs are innovative and cutting-edge.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure learning programs continue to deliver against organizational needs (functional, cultural, leadership) through effective calendar management and high-touch support for target audiences.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging by driving all culture-related initiatives for organizational development.
- Manage the design and delivery of the new hire induction program, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all employees.
- Lead a team of organizational development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and success.
Requirements- Effective leadership style with a focus on building a high-performing team and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with great attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and work with employees at all levels of the organization, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing competing demands and stakeholder expectations.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives and drive positive change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree with over 12 years of work experience in core talent development, learning & development, or organizational development.
- Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred.
- Prior experience in virtual and classroom facilitation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning experiences.
- Certifications in facilitation, instructional design, and psychometric instruments like DISC, MBTI etc. are preferred.
- Passion for talent development, with strong stakeholder management skills and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
