Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills? We are seeking an Operations Intern to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive individual to handle diverse responsibilities, including book keeping & finance coordination, HR operations, procurement & supplier relations, and lab operations support. As an Operations Intern, you will assist in lab trials, manage inventory, prepare samples, maintain equipment, and coordinate with engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book Keeping & Finance Coordination: Invoicing, bill uploads, liaison with external teams.
  • HR Operations: Supporting shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews as required.
  • Procurement & Supplier Relations: Researching vendors, negotiating terms, progressing purchase orders, ensuring delivery timeliness.
  • Lab Operations Support: Assisting in lab trials, managing inventory, preparing samples, maintaining equipment, coordinating with engineers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptable multitasker.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with accounting or ERP tools a plus.
  • Positive, 'can-do' mindset - ready to get hands dirty and learn.
