Senior Program Coordinator

This role involves leading the implementation of changes across various programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Functional knowledge of IT Change Management
  • Ability to review and close Requests for Change (RFCs)
  • Proficiency in using IT Service Management tools
  • Experience with Service Desk operations
  • Behavioral skills, including aptitude and task-related skills
  • Microland skills, focusing on customer-centricity
  • Any graduate qualification
  • Certification in Technology and IT Service Management is mandatory or desirable
Benefits

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating cross-regional and global changes. They will be able to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the change management process by filtering, reviewing, and assessing all changes that are raised.

They should be able to ensure adherence to the change management policy, both regionally and globally. Additionally, they must prioritize and categorize change requests within limits defined for each region or globally.

The successful candidate will evaluate the impact of organizational change, reject change requests lacking necessary information, provide authorization for approved changes, manage and communicate the forward schedule of changes, and ensure accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating changes, managing and implementing change activities, ensuring successful program implementation, driving change management process efficiency, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Knowledge of ITIL intermediate certification and ability to demonstrate ownership in safeguarding the organization's IT infrastructure are essential.

Additionally, the role requires producing management statistics, timely submission of productivity reports, and maintaining client communication.
