Transforming Business through Strategic Change Management

About the Role:

This is a critical position that plays a pivotal role in driving successful organizational change initiatives. As a seasoned professional with expertise in change management, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive Change Management (CM) - Engagement - Communication Plans.

Key responsibilities include leading the creation and implementation of CM-Engagement-Communication Plans aligned with project-specific client engagement strategies, providing strategic guidance to cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication throughout the change journey.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in change management, including at least 4 years of experience in a senior role overseeing change initiatives and communication efforts. Proven track record of creating impactful change communication materials and delivering clear, concise messages to diverse audiences is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Change Management (CM) - Engagement - Communication Plans aligning with project-specific client engagement strategies
  • Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams for comprehensive CM-Engagement-Communication Plans
  • Ensure consistent and timely communication throughout the change journey
  • Lead Change Management Communication workshops to equip leaders and employees with skills and knowledge to effectively communicate change within their teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, including at least 4 years in a senior role
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving successful change management through CM-Engagement-Communication Plans
  • Proven track record of creating impactful change communication materials and delivering clear messages
