The Change Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting our transformation initiatives and mission. This role focuses on change management strategies and plans that boost employee experience and engagement while minimizing resistance.

This critical position directly impacts benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achievement of results and outcomes for key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support critical and complex projects as a Change Management lead, implementing frameworks to guide projects to success
  • Craft adaptable change management strategies responsive to timelines, organizational cadences, and stakeholder needs
  • Develop implementation plans defining key activities, milestones, roles & responsibilities
  • Own engaging communications, training, and engagement activities for critical projects
  • Coordinate focus groups, change networks, and awareness sessions to promote end-user involvement and engagement
  • For large projects, manage Change Management workstream meetings, oversee resources focused on change management activities
  • Direct the work of a Change Management Specialist when applicable
  • Identify and mitigate areas of risk such as stakeholder engagement, employee resistance, and compliance with planned timelines
  • Serve as the voice of the project, presenting key information to executive-level stakeholders

We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience working in change management, communications, Learning & Development, and/or transformation capacity for large-scale projects
  • Project management experience, including familiarity with tools
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders through complex changes
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate across written, verbal, and presentation formats
