Our team works on projects that design and execute OD initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute organization development projects to drive strategic impact.
  • Support change management and employee development initiatives.
  • Develop engaging presentations to communicate strategies and insights.
  • Analyze people data to create actionable reports using Google Sheets.
  • Craft compelling narratives and visual storytelling on Canva to present strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

You'll have the chance to take on challenging projects in a fast-evolving environment.

About You

  • Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a Master's/Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or HR-related field.
  • Creative Storytelling: Ability to structure narratives and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficiency in crafting smart, visually appealing presentations (Google Slides/PPT).
  • Data Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Sheets (formulas, analysis, dashboards).
  • Adaptability & Energy: A go-getter attitude with a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.
