Seeking a Communications Strategist to drive digital engagement and lead organizational change initiatives.

About the Role

This key position will be responsible for crafting compelling communication plans, optimized for online consumption, that articulate vision, rationale, and impact of change.

  • Prioritize stakeholder groups and develop tailored messaging strategies across multiple channels, including email marketing, intranet content, social media, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Spearhead the creation and maintenance of communication plans, timelines, and stakeholder matrices, ensuring seamless delivery and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop thought leadership pieces, practice resources, and industry reports, solidifying the company's position as a leader in the field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with OCM Consultants and project teams to understand change impacts and communication needs.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of virtual events, such as town halls, information sessions, and webinars.
  • Gathering feedback on communication effectiveness through monitoring online engagement metrics and refining strategies accordingly.
